When I was offered to write an essay about my favorite teacher, I did not have any doubts what teacher I will write about. Of course, There are many well-deserved teachers in our school Each of them is dear to me - some for their personal characteristics, others for skillfulness and ability to organize the process of teaching and getting good results in their job. So I want to tell you about that teacher who, in my opinion, strongly influences me and leads to right way of life. This is a teacher of foreign languages Galkina Galina Ivanovna. For the first time I met her in the sixth grade, when I moved to a new school. Before the lesson I was very nervous, because I had already two teachers and I was afraid of a new meeting. Fortunately, Galina Ivanovna is an open and good-hearted woman. She has a lot of advantages, all probably are uncountable. Firstly, she is a very interesting tactful interlocutor. Galina Ivanovna always pays attention to everybody. Secondly, she has creative approach to teaching.She invites us to participate in all possible competitions in English (not only) at all levels, from local to international. The most interesting thing is that thanks to this work we really learn more and remember better; our portfolio is filled which helps us in the future career. So, thanks to this work now we have no fear of competitions and we begin to believe in ourselves. Galina Ivanovna also is director of the school drama theater, Sparkles, which, incidentally, has won many awards. Thirdly, she speaks four languages Russian, German, English and Bashkir. So, it shows that everything is possible and you can gain everything if you only want. A famous Russian historian Vasiliy Klyuchevsky said To be a real teacher, a person should love his subject and students whom he teaches. As for me, I should add that a teacher, who loves his profession and students, is honored and loved by everybody. I can say about Galina Ivanovna that she has these qualities. And I always would like to learn as much as possible not to upset her. I have never seen the teacher kinder and better like her. Many years will be passed; a lot of things will be changed. I'll grow up, choose my profession, and try to come back to school to meet her who instilled a love of foreign languages in me, made me believe in myself.
