My dear mother
Many years ago my mum gave birth to me,
She was as happy as a woman could be.
She looked after me from morning till night
Her daughter’s smile made her life very bright.
When I was six I went to school,
My classmates called my mummy cool.
She was so elegant, slender and wise
And her ideas were really wise.
Some years passed and I became the student,
But I remember mother’s words when I could.
She always was with me in my mind
So helpful, tolerant and kind.
I am a teacher and my daughter is a pupil.
My life is interesting, my job is super.
My little daughter’s granny is the best.
For us she always is a desired guest.
