The memory


The war four years had been lasting
My country was fighting for peace.
My native land as a mother hadn't
counted
It is many children faithful to their
hopes and beliesfs.
"Oryol and Belgorod are free forever!"
An unknow soldier had written to his wife.
And a salute in many salvoes 
which people will forget never 
Will be in hearts of the Rassians
in their life.
My Motherland will have all heroes
in the heart
Their unknow, simple and unforgettable
names
Who had paid for peace and friendship
in their blood
And a long-awaited Victory came!
