Heroes are dying, and their memory is
Getting forgotten
Moment by moment, day after day,
Our souls are becoming broken.

And do you think that it is very easy
To protect the destiny of your own Motherlands?
And can anybody give me the right reason
Why in fire did die your grandparents?

What can you say
Today? What can you say?
And do you know that next month
Will be the greatest day?
About six decades ago
Was the devastating war,
And can you understand that the heroes,
Who the horrors of the warfare saw, saved us.
And now we must say them "Thank you for this day!"
