Victory Day
This is Victory Day -
The Day of freedom and glory,
The moment of celebration
Not for our frustration.

Why are we happy on this day?
Why do we watch the parade every year
At nine o'clock?
And every year we see the tanks, the soldiers, and simple guys
Who can save us in the future
Like in the 50’s of twentieth century

Why are we so proud
When we see the veterans
Who lost their blood in the Russian ground,
And who saved us from the thrall? -
Because our Russian People
Were able to win the war
To do the gorgeous deals,
Which we will sing about in every century,
And we would like to say your THANK YOU
For giving us a chance to live in freedom!
