Don’t forget about our veterans!
Don’t speak so much about life,
Don’t think so much about money,
And don’t be proud of your car -
You look for them so young and funny.
They were like you,
So young and strong,
So full of plans
And expectations,
But the war broke down
Al their lives and hopes
Of the whole generation.
And after years of death and pain
They built the country and worked
For us, for life…
And all we have to do
Just thank the veterans
And say, “We won’t forget your deeds and you!
We won’t forget
What for us and deed!
It’s our duty, indeed!
