My Grandpa Vasilij Bibikov.
I live in the village Kryukovo,
My village is nice and small,
But here in 1942
The battles were very hot.
It was in winter, in February,
The weather was very bad,
But our Soviet soldiers
Were strong and certainly brave.
They fought with our enemies,
They wanted to love and live,
But die the death of the heroes
In our native hills.
My grandpa Vasilij Bibikov
Was Soviet soldier, too.
He survived in the 16th of February
And won the Victory soon.
I have never seen my grandpa,
I have never talked to him,
But know he was The Hero
And I,m very proud of him!
