According to the sociologists the users of internet in 2011 were about 70 million people ( Russia). About 50% of users were children.

Internet- it`s unlimited source of information and there we can find useful and useless information. That`s why if somebody wants to have their personal site it gives them opportunity to declare about themselves all around the world. That is the first “for” to have personal site: where the site can perform as the area for information and presentation. Today Web-site appears as the best variant for reporting of the information. Also with the help of the personal site we can have an experience communication; change with our thoughts and ideas not only with teachers of our region, but also with foreign teachers; to investigate new technologies, forms and methods of teaching; to use personal site as portfolio.

The other side of the Web-site that we seldom use the literature for reading but this is one the important ways of developing speech and minds. We stop to think that any information we can find in the sites…

Writing this mini-essay I can find many reasons to have the site but a little not to have… Besides it will be decision of everyone “to have or not to have…”
