Why I like songs of Whitney Houston

Let me introduce myself. My name is Matvey and I’m in the 7^th form. Like many other teenagers, I’m keen on

music. My friends and I are Whitney Houston’s fans. What is there in Whitney’s songs that attract us and a lot of

other people?

To begin with, she was a very charming, beautiful woman and a very extraordinary person. Of course, you’ll find a

lot of gossips about her private life in the Internet. However, people all over the world love her as a great singer and

a film actress. No wonder that her talent was awarded with numerous awards.

As for me, I find her songs unforgettable because they are full of tenderness, sorrow, pride and true love. I’m sure

many people will never forget her loud, beautiful voice. Her songs became classics for millions of listeners all over

the world. Their impressive melody and sincerity fill your soul with lofty sentiments. Her great success is her talent

and a lot of hard work.

In addition, I’d like to say that I was shocked and dumbfounded when she died. I’m sure she will remain my

favourite singer. I will always listen to her songs in my free time because I love her songs and films very much.

Well, that’ why I’m fond of songs of Whitney Houston.
