After three weeks and hundreds of thousands of votes, we have a winner of the first-ever Hot 100 March Madness: Britney Spears' "Hold It Against Me"! The "Femme Fatale" single was voted the best song to hit No. 1 on the Hot 100 over the past two years, emerging from a field of 32 and winning all of its head-to-head matchups.
