Personal site: for and against.

         It goes without saying that it is impossible to imagine our modern life without Internet whether at home or at school. Nowadays it is an urgent necessity for any teacher to use various materials from different sites in order to develop his/her students' competence especially if you are a teacher of foreign languages. So, you can give tasks using not only coursebooks you are working with but also using authentic sites.
        Having a personal site can help a teacher to make his/her teaching more convenient for himself/herself and for  students. A teacher can give and check tasks online, answer any questions, consult students. Students can ask any questions, pass their works or tests, etc.
       Moreover, with the help of a site any teacher has got an opportunity to share his/her ideas with other teachers, publish his/her results and works, communicate with experts all over the world.
      On the other hand, having a personal site is a great responsibility. You have to work with your site nearly every single day and it takes a lot of time! So, it is a great challenge.
      Thus, it is up to you to decide if you are ready to have your own site or not.
