Задания  А1 -А6 - это задания на множественный выбор.

Задания А1-А6  позволяют оценить умение услышать и понять запрашиваемую информацию в звучащем тексте. Прослушав разговор двух собеседников, учащиеся должны выбрать окончание предложения или ответ на вопрос из трёх предложенных вариантов.

Критерии оценивания: верное выполнение каждого задания с выбором ответа оценивается в 1 балл. За неверный ответ или отсутствие ответа выставляется 0 баллов.

При выполнении заданий данного типа рекомендуем придерживаться следующего алгоритма:

• прочитайте инструкцию к заданию чтобы извлечь максимум информации из задания;
  

• прочитайте предлагаемые в задании начала предложений ( вопросы) и возможные окончания (ответы);
  

• решите для себя, какую информацию необходимо услышать в тексте, какие слова-маркеры в звучащем тексте могут помочь;
  

•  помните, что задания А1-А6 даны в последовательности, соответствующей подаче информации в тексте;
  

• прослушайте аудиотекст и постарайтесь отметить возможные варианты окончания предложений;
  

• прослушайте аудиотекст ещё раз;
  

• убедитесь, что выбор был сделан правильно;
  

• внесите исправления в случае допущенной ошибки;
  

• уделите особое внимание тем заданиям,которые не удалось выполнить при первом просушивании;
  

• не оставляйте ни одно задание без ответа.

Выполним задания А1-А6 вместе.

1. Читаем инструкцию к заданию и находим ответы на вопросы:

а)   Что нужно сделать?

б)  Кто участвует в диалоге?

в)  Сколько раз будет звучать текст?

г)  Как следует оформить ответ?

Вы услышите разговор двух друзей . В заданиях  А1- А6  обведите цифру 1, 2 или 3, соответствующую выбранному вами варианту ответа.Вы услышите запись дважды. У вас есть 30 секунд, чтобы ознакомиться с заданиями.

2. Читаем предложения, которые необходимо закончить, и три возможных варианта их окончания ( иногда в заданиях подобного типа даются вопросы и три возможных варианта ответов). Определяем, какая информация нам необходима для правильного выбора. В соответствии с правилами на это отводится 60 секунд.

3. Слушаем диалог и отмечаем возможные варианты ответов или окончаний предложений.

4. Перед вторым прослушиванием прочитайте выбранные варианты ответов . Обратите  особое внимание на варианты, в которых вы не уверены.

5. Слушаем аудиозапись ещё раз и проверяем выбранные ответы.

6. А теперь проверьте себя.

Molly: Time goes so quickly - I can't believe that I will have  been here for five years on Saturday.

Gregory: That's a long time. Where did you live before that?

Molly:   I lived in a small town about 150 miles   from Perth, on the south-west coast of Australia, called Albany.              

Gregory:   When you say " small" , how small do you mean

Molly:    Oh, around 12 000  people

Gregory: What is it like growing up somewhere that small.

Molly:  Well, it has advantages. People tend to be much more friendly in small    towns. You seem to get to know more people. The pace of life is much  slower  everyone seems to have more time to talk and generally the  lifestyle is  much more relaxed. On the other hand, small-town life can be pretty boring. Obviously, you haven't got the same range of                  entertainments  available as in the city, and unless you want to go into farming you have to  move elsewhere  look  for a job.            

Gregory:  So farming is the main industry then?

 Molly:    Well, actually no.There is a lot of sheep and cattle farming and more  recently a lot of people have started to grow potatoes. However, the town  was first  established as a whaling base and although there isn't any whaling today, most people are still employed by the fishing industry.                                      

Gregory:     What's the weather like?

Molly:    In  summer you get some fairly days, but it gets very windy.In winter, I guess the average temperature is about 15 degrees Celsius,and it gets  really windy and it's very, very wet.                                

Gregory:   Sounds lovely. I can see why you are here.

Molly:   Oh, come on, it's not all that bad. It' s got a beautiful coastline, and beautiful beaches.  You can drive for about 45 miles and you will come to   absolutely deserted white beaches. You can be the only person swimming there.                                                                     

Gregory: With that wind I'm surprised!

Molly:   Don't be like that, we we do get some good days. Anyway, where do you  come from?

Gregory:   I come from a town called Watford, about 17 miles from the center of London.

Molly:    Is it a big town?

 Gregory: Not really.It has a population of around 80-90 000 but the whole area is  built up soit is hard to say where Watford finishes and the other towns begins.                               

Molly:  Did you enjoy living there?

Gregory:  Well, being so close to London has advantages.You get the latest films and     music. There is always something going on and there is such a wide variety of different people and cultures that it is difficult to get bored. Of course all this has its downsides - the cost of living is very expensive and most people cannot afford to go out very often.  So although the entertainment is available you have to have a lot of money to enjoy it. Another problem is like most big cities there is a lot of crime and there are areas of London that are very dangerous.
