- In my opinion, being a teacher of English is not just passing on academic knowledge, but at the same time, being an actor, a psychologist, an organizer and an assistant. It is important for me to get a feedback from my students because I feel that they are interested in what they are doing. Working in collaboration is very weighty for both teachers and students, because it gives invaluable life experience. It should be admitted that students are my teachers, too. We express our opinions, discuss topical questions, share ideas and get to know new information from each other. That is the exact point which helps me to find an individual approach to each student. It reduces to the best result at the end of the course.
